RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Flx Gymwear appreciates that selecting the right product online can be difficult. Flx  Gymwear will seriously consider all requests for returns and exchanges. When such a request is accepted by Flx Gymwear, a replacement item will be sent out as soon as the returned item is received or a Credit Note will be issued (if requested item is no longer available) on full priced online orders, within 14 days of purchase, provided the tax invoice can be produced and items are returned in unworn condition.

Items purchased ‘On Sale’ (marked down items identified as ‘sales’ items on the website) are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of sellable quality.

All apparels returned will be subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the apparel is found faulty. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns that are found to have been previously worn.

 

Steps to request for a Return or Exchange:

1. To ensure the preferred item for exchange is held whilst the returning order is in transit, email enquiries@flxgymwear.com in advance with the below information. If the style you require is out of stock an online credit note will be issued.

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Order Number (found on your invoice)
  • Desired Item for exchange (Item Name, Size, Colour)

Items purchased on sale (permanently marked down items situated in sale section of www.flxgymwear.com) are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.

2.  Download the ‘Return & Exchange’ Form here.

3. Repack the item(s) to be returned, together with the completed ‘Return & Exchange’ Form and send to:

4.  Upon receiving your email, Flx Gymwear will acknowledging your request via a reurn email. The Distribution Ctr will safe keep a new item to be shipped out to you as soon as your returned product is received and verified. In the event if the item you are looking for is not longer in stock, a Credit Note will be issued to you. You can use this credit note for future purchases.

Flx Gymwear reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Flx Gymwear, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response to Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the above PO Box.

 

NOTE:

  1. Flx Gymwear will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  2. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  3. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
  4. You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
  5. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Flx Gymwear will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
  6. We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

 

RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

If your order is returned for an online credit note and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned unworn and in original condition; otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.

There is no warranty or exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.

Gifts with purchase are subject to availability. Subject to any rights you may have at law, they cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply. Gifts with purchase cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

(Identified as period between 1 December of said year to 7 January of preceeding year)

Items purchased between the identified period above will be eligible for our extended Christmas trading returns period.  You may return items purchased during this period, without concern of the 14 days return policy. We welcome an exchange on online orders within this time frame, provided the tax invoice can be produced and items are returned in unworn condition.  A Credit Note will be issued for such returns.

Orders placed before 1pm AEDT, 10 Business days before 24 Dec, are guaranteed delivery for Christmas to Australian addresses.  International orders placed before 1pm AEDT, 14 business days before 24 Dec, will be shipped out by 11 business days before 24 Dec. Flx Gymwear expect orders dispatched by these periods should be delivered by Christmas, however we can not guarantee this as it is dependent on international customs clearance and local postal/ dispatch services.
