Q1. How do your sizes compare to other brands?

Our sizing is generally similar to other Australian/UK brands. By nature of the materials used, they provide a ‘snug’ fit. Please keep this in mind as you make your size selection.

Q2. What intensity level exercises is your Fitness clothing recommended for?

Each piece of apparel is different. Most of our fitness clothing is perfect for activities such as Yoga, Pilates, and Gym workouts. However some women find our sports bras and compression pants/ shorts to be very supportive and use them for higher intensity activities such as Cross-fit and Pole fitness.

Q3.  Do your Tank Tops and Sports Bras have cups or padding?

Our Tank Tops and Sports Bras are made with layered quality athletic material with insert pads that can be removed if so desired.

Q4.  Do you repeat production of designs that are sold out?

To ensure our designs remain exclusive to our clients, only a limited number of pieces are produced for each design. It is imperative that you place your orders and make your purchases as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q5.  Where are the clothing manufactured?

As clearly stated on our labeling, our apparel are 100% designed and styled in The Darling Downs (Qld), Australia and manufactured by a sports apparel factory in China, personally selected and audited by Flx Gymwear’s Founder.

Q6.  Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship internationally! Please refer to our ‘Shipping Information’ Page for details.

Q7.  How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Australia (via Australian Post) normally takes 3-5 working days, while international shipping (via DHL Express) normally takes 7-10 working days.

Q8.  What should I do if my order does not arrive?

Depending on where your location is, your local postal and/or delivery service might require additional days to reach your location.  It is important to track your purchase using the Tracking Number provided. If you are not able to track your item(s) and am concerned about lost deliveries, kindly contact us at enquiries@flxgymwear.com

Q9.  Do you have any store locations?

To minimize operating cost and keep our pricing as low as possible, we are only available online at our website, www.flxgymwear.com. Occasionally, we may carryout promotional sales at selected Shopping Malls.

Q10.  What forms of payment do you accept?

Primary method of payment is through PayPal, which offers you the opportunity to pay via direct debit or selected credit cards.  Unfortunately, Flx Gymwear is unable to accept cash on delivery payment or cheques.

Q11.  How can I cancel my order?

Once you have confirmed your order and payment has been accepted, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you are welcome to make an Exchange or Return accordingly. Please refer to our Exchanges & Returns Page for more information on this option.

Q12.  How does your Gift Voucher work?

When you purchase a Gift Voucher, an email with a designated Code will be sent to the email that is registered as the receiving email. The person with this Code, will then have to log on to www.flxgymwear.com , make the desired purchases and upon check-out, insert the Code where it is requested. It is important to note that this is a one time use voucher and no further credit will be offered if the total amount of the voucher is not utilised. If the amount purchased exceeds the value of the voucher, the purchaser will have to make payment for the outstanding balance.
